Shakespeare and Cemeteries

These are a few of my favorite things...

Richard III
...All of us have cause
To wail the dimming of our shining star,
But none can help our harms by wailing them

 Othello
'Tis destiny unshunnable, like death

Hamlet
...To die, to sleep,
To sleep perchance to dream. Ay, there’s the rub,
For in that sleep of death what dreams may come
When we have shuffled off this mortal coil
Must give us pause...

Lear’s Fool
So, out went the candle, and we were left darkling

Hamlet
Had I but time - as this fell sergeant Death
Is strict in his arrest…
The rest is silence

 Adam (As You Like It
Yet fortune cannot recompense me better
Than to die well, and not my master’s debtor

Gertrude (Hamlet)
Thou know’st ‘tis common - all that lives must die
Passing through nature to eternity

Gloucester (King Lear)
As flies to wanton boys are we to th’gods;
They kill us for their sport
